Fixing a loose zipper

Quick way to fix a loose zipper:
Take a metal ring and attach it to the puller tab, zip up and loop the ring around the button and button up.

The ring stays hidden and zipper doesn't get undone by itself anymore.

I bought two pairs of BDU trousers last year and after a while *both* pair had a loose zipper :irked: with this fix I can wear them little longer, but I'm not buying BDU trousers anymore.

  1. I’ve had to do that one before. Mine was second=hand welding pants I thought would last a long time (I don’t weld) but it turned out the zipper was the weakest link.
